the breakfast had many options. a free shuttle took me to and from the airport. i found modern accommodations with a gym and massage rooms. the quinta de los molinos is a beautiful park close to the hotel, i liked this.

the hotel is somewhat removed from the city center. public transportation is available though the parking was expensive.

I found a pair of eyelashes in the sheets, suggesting the room wasn't properly cleaned (which i found really unhygienic). the staff's response at checkout was dismissive. They didn't even offer an apology. also, the air conditioning seemed to be turned off at midnight. It was very uncomfortable.

The staff welcomed us warmly. They quickly provided a new room upon request and ensured our luggage was delivered. The room featured a comfortable bed with great pillows and a nice shower with Rituals amenities (I really liked these!). Quinta de los Molinos park is beautiful and located very close.

I found the vegetarian options quite limited during the evening meal. Salad and fruits were available. I think more variety would improve the dining experience.
